Bravo Catering was born from the passion of two great cooks Malena Kendel and Christian Bravo.

Two sybarite chefs who imprint a fine dining style on each event through their food, beverages and quality service.

Malena Kendel

It is he who watches over every detail of the operation and his quest for perfection, deep knowledge in wine and service provide a unique seal to the catering.

He has been sommelier and floor manager in large restaurants, professor of enology at the Autonomous University of Yucatan and the Marist University of Merida and has 13 years of experience in banquets.

Christian Bravo

Considered one of the best chefs in Mexico, with his vast experience in fine dining restaurants and premium banquets he manages to transform food into unique and unforgettable experiences.

Co-host of the program «Men in the kitchen» broadcast in Latin America by Utilísima channel and member of the most successful cooking show worldwide «Top Chef» in its version «Top Chef Mexico» broadcast by Sony channel.

He collaborated in the restaurants Mas Pau, La Hacienda Benazuza, and Coque, the first with one and the following with two stars Michelin and his experience has led him to serve on special occasions such as the bilateral meeting Bush & Calderon, the former president of Mexico Enrique Peña Nieto, his counterpart in China, Xi Jinping, was personal chef in Mexico of former French President Nicolas Sarkozy during his visit to our country, and has served countless media personalities, as well as destination weddings in the peninsula for over 10 years.
